New Worpress Multisite has redirect loop on wp-admin of new site created

I have a multisite on my root directory or [login to view URL], and that works fine. I can navegate Front and access to the main site dashboard I created a subsite and i can´t access to the subset dashboard I have this error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS I can access to the Front but without styles, the css url is incorrect (Page not found) Something is wrong with either the wp-config file or htaccess and I can't figure out what is wrong with either. Whenever a new site is created, the user of the sub directory site cannot log into the wp-admin side Should be a simple fix for anyone who knows wordpress multisite. I have setup a user for ftp access and an admin on my site .
