Personalized html letter

I need a script to send a personalized letter. This script will be able to detect the owners name of an email address. Let’s assumed that I have mailing list for office 365 only but I don’t know the owners name and when sending a letter I want the script to auto detects and insert the title name at delivery point. For example, I am sending an email to wiser@[login to view URL] and the owner of the email name is Wisdom. This script will detects the email owners name from the office 365 platform and insert it in the letter. See below Dear %name% You are invited to the annual meeting of bla bla
