PHP Coder needed

I need a script that does the following (all in Wordpress): This should all be in one php file. Not directly in Wordpress. 1. Take data from database (image with tables attached) 2. Create a menu called "Main Menu". 3. Create categories from database. This should be created in layers with child/parent relationships. 4. Add all categories to "Main Menu". Also in layers with child/parent relationships. 5. Each time the PHP file is run it should check if new categories needs to be created and added to wordpress. The detailed description: 1. A file called [login to view URL] is created. This file is where the script is run. The file is connected to the database that is on the current wordpress website. The file should be able to be move to different wordpress websites and work the same way. 2. When opening the file the user can select "store type". (shoes/t-shirts/clothing/homedecor etc.) The selection is generated from the different types of stores that is listed in the database (storetype in the smartmenu table that is in the database). 3. When the user clicks a store type the categories and menu are created to from each field that has that store type in the storetype field. A user can click many different store types to add. Meaning a user can click "shoes" and then "t-shirts". This will create all the categories/menu in shoes and t-shirts. If more categories are added to the smartmenu table and the user runs the script again new categories/menus should be added to the site. Old categories should never be deleted. 4. When creating categories the fields "searchwordsx" should be moved to the wp_terms table as well.
