phpFox: Add Giphy search/gifs to all forms

I need someone that is VERY familiar with phpFox. I would like to add a giphy search ability to all forms that will allow gifs to be posted at a certain size. - A button will be added for users to select gif. - Users should be able to search and then post the gif in their post/comment/message. (similar to Facebook) - If they need to edit their comment, they will be able to edit the gif as well. - They should be able to add text with the gif. - Will need all files and notes on re-adding this ability if we choose to upgrade our phpFox, move servers, or start from scratch.
