Script to Flag Classified Ads

Need a coder / developer to write some sort of script that will target and flag particular ads on "a widely known classified ad site". I can't say the name of the site because when I do, it prevents me from posting this ad. Insane. If they just monitored their own site I wouldn't need this. Regardless, what I need: There are a couple of offenders, but one in particular guilty of overposting on this "widely know classified ad site". He spams the forum to the tune of 200 to 250 ads a day. It's gotten so bad that other people on the forum are actually posting to ask other users to flag this one particular guy. I have about 50 ip addresses that I switch between to flag but it takes so much time and isn't effective. I've not figured out exactly what the algorithm looks for when flagging ads, whether it's by number of flags, unique IP addresses, a distinct user footprint based off of browser history and bookmarks, or some combination thereof. I need someone that can write a script that will automatically locate the ads based on description, flag the ads, switch the ips/vpns and then repeat until the ad is dead. Or whatever method you are able to concoct to get it deleted. I don't care. He has effectively ruined this forum so that no one uses this particular part of "a widely known classified ad site" anymore.
