Simple Wordpress Theme Creation

Hello, I am looking for someone to develop me a very simple wordpress theme based upon an pre-existing "squeeze page / lead capture page". The design / layout / functionality should be able to create a page 100% identical to the one shown via the url: [login to view URL] with a few clicks of a button. (As you can see the design is very simple) Features: - User should be able to create different optins for each different wordpress page. - Generated optin pages should look exactly the same style as pre-existing one does via mobile devices and small screens. - Plugin should initially generate an optin page identical to pre-existing one upon install (with same graphics / text / facebook data). From there user can then customize it to include their own texts, information and graphics. - User should be able to easily customize each line of text on the page (change text / color / etc) and change all graphics to their own. - User needs to be able to input their own facebook page url - so that their own facebook like count is displayed - while giving visitors the option to easily like / share their page. - User should be able to input their own autoresponder codes , to send form subscriber data to Aweber / mailchimp / MarketHero etc (or other autoresponder of choice). - When the "Download" button is clicked on the page - then a popup exactly identical to the one on the existing page should be shown to the visitor where they can enter their email address and or name and email address to subscribe to the user's list. - User should be able to easily input the code for a facebook retargeting pixel to a specific optin page. This should then be added to the source code of the site. If you can easily create this let me know.
