Social Media Web Scraper / Data mining

I am looking for a developer with experience in data mining / web scraper. Your mission will be to create web scraper that continuously collects my competitors social media data and stores it in a MySQL database. Your task also includes creating a web form where I can add the following: 1. Competitors Name 2. Competitors address 3. Url to the competitors Facebook page 4. Url to the competitors Instagram page. The information from the web scrapper that we are going to store in the database is: Facebook: 1. Date 2. Number of likes on Facebook Page 3. Number of store visits 4. Number of reviews 5. If possible – number of likes per picture/post 6. If possible - number of comments per picture/post Instagram: 1. Date 2. Number of followers 3. If possible – number of likes per picture/post 4. If possible - number of comments per picture/post !! Important: I will continously be adding competitors that I want to track, and I want the system to "know" that everytime I add a competitors that competitors are to be tracked also. I dont want to have to come back to the developer to update the list everytime I have added a competitors, it should happen by itself.
