Streaming Functions

THIS PROJECT IS ONLY FOR CODERS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN STREAMS. PLEASE AVOID BIDDING IF NOT. We already have a site developed but we need to integrate the streaming that is the only part of the project we need. We will include your code to it. But need to be very clear I mean we need code for the exact functions so we could copy paste from this project and paste into the real site. Your part need to do the following: 1- When click START new stream must Catch a stream that came from ANY application. Using the its KEYS. (Example generated thru OBS or any other). 2- When it start streaming it must create a record a mysql table to know it is LIVE and need to have a search to show the LIVE streams. And when clicked must incorporate into the actual playing screen. So viewers could see it. 3- After the stream ends (when streamer push the END button or if no signal), it must record the stream in a file format that could be played later. Need a sample that it works clicking that file. RULES: - The end of your project is when my other coder gets what expected and could add to our current site. So your code need to be clear and clean code. - NOT allowed to use third party tools which need to be paid any time. Have in mind that we don´t want any problem from using copyright code or any other things ... - Need to work for any amount of viewers (depending of course on the server and bandwith). But need to be efficient. - You need to do something to avoid that it get streamed or recorded the moment in which the streamer clicks the START or END. In other words maybe cutting the first and last 3 seconds ? - In our vps we have ubuntu but any other thing must be mounted by coder. We will give access to it and from it all the needed things is your job. - We need a document of steps to follow to let install it in a new server. Details on any package that need to be installed. - We should make 2 milestones. First for whole job finish and then 2nd part after receiving ALL code and checking is document.
