We are looking for a freelance who can customize SuiteCRM as per our requirements and and to develop Forms (data entry screens) for appx 100 fields using PHP, Validation for the data entered, Append the data into MySQL database for compare car insurance. The forms must be in English and french, the form must be the same fields as [login to view URL] and in French as [login to view URL] Each registered insurer company will receive a new notification by mail and/or sms (depending of their region) when a new form is filled. The insurer company will have access to the suitecrm panel to consult forms filled, send quotation by mail, status, quotation, personal notes, export forms and more.
