User-based Geolocation Javascript for Wordpress Site

Web browser's can get a ROUGH awareness of the location of a user. They do this using the IP address of the user. However, to get the exact location of the user the user must be requested permission's to view their location and then provide that permission. I have great experience working with WordPress, MySql, PHP and JavaScript. I believe I have the skills to get this task done cleanly and efficiently.
