is it working like if you change language to swedish, it takes region sweden and you have no shipping for it,if that is the case then you need to disable language based location can you give me wp-admin, i can check this case

Hello, I have used WPML fro few of my previous projects before for my clients. I can solve this issue for you. I have to re-configure the Plugin or if needed I can manually customize it.
