Wordpress Plugin Adjustments

I need some changes made to Wordpress plugins, specifically connecting two forms from two different plugins. Please see my website [login to view URL] (password is "alfred"). There is a form at the top of the page ("request seed form" made using the Ninja Forms plugin) that when filled out goes to another form ("donor details" form made using the Give plugin). Feel free to fill them out with dummy data to see. I require the following changes to be made: 1) Allow user to skip to the donation form by clicking the link at the bottom of the seed request form (without filling it out). 2) In the Donor Details form, make the field border red if it is skipped without input (like on the request seed form). 3) If user gets to the donation page directly after filling out the Request Seed form, do not show the Donor Details fields. If the user gets to the Donor Details form another way, do not display the top text "Thank you [name]! Your seeds shall be shipped shortly. In the meantime, please consider making a donation." 4) Allow user to submit seed-request form by pressing enter. 5) Do not scroll page upon submitting the seed-request form--stay at the top of the page. Please let me know the price and expected time to complete.
