Wordpress Plugin Creation using custom database

Looking for someone to create a custom wordpress plugin - Any ongoing support and updates is essential. The plugin creator will be required to agree to an NDA We currently have a custom PHP website plugin which was designed to connect to existing websites and wordpress websites, albeit each installation requires custom coding for it to fit the design depending on framework. The existing plugin calls data from a MySQL database and creates web pages relevant to the content. Title Content Images Some key requirements: Simple to use GUI accessible via wp-admin Fully support version 4+ of wordpress Be able to create pages and sub pages Be able to have a content held area which would include some custom coding such as ##replace this## - ##with specifics from here## Allow custom META information at upper level such as ##replace this## and keyword/page title info etc which would apply to all sub pages and subpages. Have the ability to run 'install 1' next to 'install2,3,4 etc' - These installs would have different content (from a different database), page titles and meta information. We would like to have our original PHP plugin re-written and usable as a plugin in wordpress - Ultimately we would want some features being available on a 'premium' only version to encourage users to try before they buy. The full details of the project will be given at the point of signing an NDA, at this moment in time I am looking for someone who is capable and happy to get their teeth in to this on an ongoing basis. We have the system, it just needs re-writing! The main goal is the ability to create differing web pages en-mass.
