WordPress Site from Illustrator Mockup

I am looking to have a WordPress template built from an Illustrator design mockup. The site needs to be built with the theme Salient (I will provide latest version of theme). The user needs to be able to update sections of the site and Salient’s Visual Composer component and Nectar slider will make it easy to do that. A majority of the site can use the default Salient layouts with notable exceptions on the homepage. I can provide you with a jpg of the design in the messages. Here are the things that I see that need to be customized: Site Customization Home Page Blog category section. This pulls a list of latest 5 posts from the appropriate category. When you click on the item its full content will show in a left panel with the excerpt and readmore button. Home Page Current News. Latest 3 articles from 4 blog categories will show up. Based on the category selected the latest 3 articles will be shown with Javascrpt. Home Page Review slider will need some modification of CSS Adding custom backgrounds throughout. Backgrounds using SVGs. Customize CSS throughout. Features Here are the other features that need to be included on the site. Email Sign Up integrates with MailChimp Instagram Feed Onsite Donation form using Stripe Page must not break on responsive design. Tag Cloud W3 Total Cache cache plugin Custom Search BWP Minify Search Plugin that allows for tags to be autocompleted Images should be resized to be smallest dimension allowed by design. Site Architecture/Pages 6-8 pages.
