Q2: Being a PM requires a very hard/ committed work with the developers (FE & BE) mobile teams, big data, technical support and QA,,, etc, as aPM you need to make sure the spec of your features is clear as possible and have informative user stories, requirements and wireframes, so the developers know what exactly should be implemented, after that you need to follow up with the QA of how the system is being functioned, assist which bugs are high priority, which are not, and then UAT it, after, we need to make sure the technical support team should be aware of what was implemented, so they can follow up with the clients incase any bug appeared on live. This is an endless cycle across all the developers teams and the PM should be able to manage all of them.
Q3: Ability to understand the designed features, apply the test cases, assure the system is functioning as described in the spec, open bugs with full description, add specific priority and severity levels. validate the fixed bugs. and communicate the feature status with the product team to take an action if it ready to be released or not
Q4: Each week: 5 hours for 5 days, 8 hours for the remaining 2 days
