I am looking for a solution to forward messages from private telegram channels i am not admin. I want options to filter messages, based on keywords, filter pictures and files based on caption keywords. Any message which does not meet the filter criteria should be rejected. also need an option to replace text in messages and add some text. Option to add date and time to each message as well.
