Sentiment Analysis using Machine Learning

I am a PhD student pursuing doctoral studies in statistics. Previously, I graduated with a M.Sc. (Statistics) and earlier on I had finished my B.Ed. (Sciences) majoring in Double Mathematics from university. Hie I am definitely new here but have already worked on a very similar project in R itself. It was based on text mining by identifying words and thereby calculating scores to analyse the sentiment while writing a tweet. i loved working on that project. Would love discussing the project. Where do you want to use it. How elaborate do you want the results. How many sentiments do you want to capture. Because the dictionary for different sentiments are required to be built and hence is a machine learning process. I will be able to incorporate dictionaries available online as of now.

During my final year project I have done research on sentiment analysis using R on polarity classification on online movie review. I compared three machine learning techniques which are SVM, k-NN and Naive Bayes. I constructed my own model with self constructed attributes and fit into these three machine learning algorithm.
