Sourcing Java Professionals

I am looking for freelancers who can source candidates (Malaysian Citizens only) with Java, J2EE, Strut, Spring with 5+years of experience to work in KL, Malaysia. On successful hire of the candidates referred, you will be paid RM 1000 (Java Developers), RM 1500 (Team Leaders) and RM 2000 (Solution Architect) - Strong Senior Java Developer experience - Maintenance and Development - Technical skills - J2EE, Struts or Spring, - Good understanding of data - Good analytical and software engineering skills - Work in a team along with remote team, other teams - Strong communication, influencing, networking to interface with business and other stakeholders - Domain Securitized trading / capital markets / and front office. - Project maintenance, enhancements, regulatory projects - 4 yrs to 10 years or more of Java experience The company provides opportunities to work in US and UK after 12 to 18 months.
