We want to conduct website user tests in February/March. We have 2 target groups of (10 ppl, 5 person in each group) Participants will get reward – 50 -100 pounds. Test take approximately 90 minutes and will take place in London. We may need an assistance in recruitment of participants (recruitment agency). We will conduct the test based on 3 competitors e-shops that operates in the tools industry. we want to examine desktop /mobile pages. We provide the test flow and scenario. Output - report: The result of user tests is a report, that include - good practices of competition and obstacles observed. - What users looking for on the pages and how they use the pages. Report based on post test interview - observations We will need video files (screen and voice) of each user test.
