virtual assistant

I need a virtual assistant, too many activities going on at the same time and busy. My main problem has been finishing articles and research that I have started and coordinating some of my own personal activities. I am in search for some help: I need a reliable, dedicated and resourceful personal assistant. You will become my personal assistant across all areas of my life (80% business, 20% personal). Your duties will include but not limited to: 1. Research for projects and write / proofread quality articles 2. Produce spreadsheet and data analysis 3. Assist with task, project assignments, tracking, and follow up 4. Incidentally assist with recruitment duties when needed 5. Additional work will include arranging meetings, admin work, writing replies to emails in excellent written English, researching, arranging gifts, cards, creating and updating contact lists other assigned tasks as necessary, etc. Proficiencies Excellent with Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Database management/creation/maintenance Excellent English (must be fluent or native) Excellent written and communication skills Able to think quickly and adapt to change Excellent time-management skills Extremely detail oriented 98% of projects will need to be completed in 24-36 hours upon assignment. You will need to be able to communicate with me daily to receive your duties and tasks. Task will be assigned on an ad-hoc basis with agreed hours linked to the tasks.
