Zanobia is a major exporter of beef to the state of Richland. The State of Richland issued new regulations which confined the sale of imported beef to retail shops and banned the sale of imported beef in major supermarket chains. Only domestic beef can be sold in major supermarket chains. The aim of this regulation, according to Richland, is to avoid consumer confusion regarding the source of the beef. You are a legal counsel of the State of Zanobia.
