Experienced, positive minded and willing to learn virtual assistant needed

We are looking for an experienced, positive minded and willing to learn person who will assist with the following areas (Native English speakers only): Social media marketing: • Content strategy development for multiple accounts; • Content creation and co-creation (together with copywriter); • Content distribution (posts): Instagram, Twitter, FB, G+, etc.; • Active involvement into discussions and social media engagement stimulation; • Analytics, regular reports and improvements recommendations; • Small budget targeted Social Media campaigns (ads creation (together with copywriter and designer), targeting, control) Customer support services: • Work with support emails through Zendesk (not often). Resolve issues together with the team but be responsible for a proper tone and voice of our company; • Gradually develop a FAQ/Help section (together with designer and copywriter); Help with other day-to-day tasks. As a start we plan to have about 25-40hr per month. (Instagram, Twitter, FB, G+, etc.)? • From your experience what is the best way to involve the audience into discussions? • What are the key metrics you think are important to control your plan? • What are the tools (software, online services) that you would use to control the process?
