Sales Team Buildout - Expert English speakers only please

Hi, i am building out a team of perfect English speaking sales representatives to sell a SAAS product via phone, email and Linkedin. I will review CVs to show me you have skills in this area as well as the ability to sell. The product is commission based on the sales you complete. So I will ask that you don't bid for a price here as the money will be paid once you complete your commissions and I have no issue in holding money in escrow to prove monies will be paid but it will be based on your performance so, for now, please bid 10 dollars and then we can set terms and even contracts to prove these terms if you so wish. At this stage, I am only building the team and using Freelancer as a way of doing it. Anyone with a strong accent please dont apply. I am looking for candidates based in Europe, mainly UK and Ireland but would also accept American, Australian, South African, Candian, New Zealand etc. or other countries that again have excellent English or amazing pronunciation if they are from outside these areas.
