Firefox extension and simple web service

i have a simple desktop application that analyzes webpages and saves results to a [login to view URL] java netbeans project folder is attached. i want it to run as a web service. when a firefox user wants to open a url; extension that you'll implement should connect to this web server and ask for given url's score recorded in database. if it's included there, web service should return accept / or block access reply. otherwise at first should analyze webpage and save to database then return the result to extension. then extension should allow/block access to this url. a simple desktop application should be implemented for controlling user's choices like which categories to block, username password etc. by this choices web service should check sites. for example if user had chosen blocking gambling sites with this application web service should only check gambling category from database. i'm aware that i should buy/loan a server from a company. it'll be done, coder suggestions are welcome. if coder syas that he can use amazon servers than it's welcome too.
