WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Elevate content using AI insights. - Unlock SEO secrets to boost rankings. - Collaborate with a team of different creators. - Assist in managing various social media platforms with a focus on organic growth and engagement. - Craft compelling, SEO-friendly content. - Apply AI knowledge to harness automation. - Maintain a passion for staying ahead in the content game. - Possess impeccable communication skills. - Have experience in managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Instagram). - Be familiar with social media scheduling apps. - Manage time effectively for engagement with other content creators. - Organize and repurpose content from multiple sources. - Optimize images for SEO and AI. - Work with Wordpress and blog platforms. - Research and analysis to understand our target audience and industry trends to influence, copy and update the business. - Content creation and strategy working across teams to fully understand our business model and customers. - Crafting high-quality content across blogs, the web, and more to keep our audience engaged reflecting our brand’s voice and tone. - Monitor the performance of your blog posts and use data to improve content strategies. - Contribute to the wider marketing strategy and have a big impact on organization initiatives such as brand voice, web changes. - SEO optimization implementing strategies to ensure our blog posts are search-engine friendly including keyword integration. - Attend regular Tripwix team meetings. - Represent the values and standards of both Punta de Mita Homes & Villas and Tripwix in all that you do. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE OR BE: - Copywriting Expertise: You should have a strong background in copywriting with a focus on optimizing content for AI algorithms. This includes an understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content structure for AI-driven platforms. - Great copywriting skills in English, preferably native or bilingual. - AI Knowledge: Proficiency in AI concepts and tools, especially those related to natural language processing and content optimization for AI algorithms. - Social Media Management: Experience in the management of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, X..) with a focus on creating and curating content for organic growth and engagement. - Google Business Profiles: Proficient in creating, optimizing, and managing Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility and engage with customers effectively. - Content Strategy: The ability to develop a content strategy that aligns with AI-driven algorithms and effectively drives organic traffic and engagement. - Analytical Skills: Competence in using analytics tools to monitor the performance of AI-optimized content and social media campaigns, with the ability to make data-driven improvements. - Creativity: A knack for generating innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences. - Adaptability: Given the evolving nature of AI and social media, you should be adaptable and eager to stay updated on industry trends. - Collaboration: Effective collaboration with other team members, such as designers and marketing professionals, to ensure content and strategies are aligned. - Communication: Strong communication skills to convey complex AI concepts in a clear and understandable way to team members and clients. - Have a good team spirit and work under pressure.
