Theme-related PR 2+ backlinks

PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT IF YOU CANNOT MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS We are running several SEO campaigns and are looking into getting backlinks from PR 2+ theme-related pages. The links have to be: - The pages on which you place the links have to be minimum PR 2 (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed). - The page where the link is placed must be theme-related (no general links pages). - Links should come from sites in related industry if possible (pharmaceutical/jewelry/web hosting). - The page where the link is located has to have been crawled by Google within last 60 days. - One-way (non-reciprocal) links only are accepted. No link exchange. - Geographically diverse class C IP addresses. We do not accept more than 10 links from the same C class IP range. - No link farms or pages with large number of links on them are accepted (above 50 approximately). - Links have to be approved before we process payment. Please give us a quote on how much you charge per link based on the PR of the page. e.g. PR 2 - $x PR 3 - $x ...,etc.
