SharePoint Online Intranet Design/Configuration -- 2

We are developing a SharePoint Online (Office365) Intranet. I am seeking help to build our Intranet minimum viable product (MVP) and potentially iterate. We have a target site map, content & authors. We have ~50% of our requirements defined. We need MVP-level (foundational) implementation of the following items: • Viewable in English & Spanish • Information Architecture and user experience design o Foundational (basic) information architecture: site map/structure; security by entities and teams (3 entities); how MS Teams fits o Basic User Experience: UX inclusive of MS Teams o No new page templates o No new content types • Intranet Focus: News & info; Useful links; where to show/interact with Nintex workflows; How to include MS Teams • Development: o Customize existing 3 page templates for 3 entities (simplify, add logos, add basic styles) - 1 home; 1 landing; 1 subpage o Configuring sites and structure o Configuring permissions o Creating, from customized page templates, new pages for: intranet home; 3 entity landing pages; 3 team/group landing pages; and up to 12 subpages • Governance – what do we need to control? o Basic Groups and roles: Content creators; viewers; small groups of administrators for each entity o No content publishing workflows o Wiki style documentation inclusive of bullets, links to Microsoft documentation • Seamless multi-tenant (subscription) use (assume trust relationships) Must be able to configure Office365/SharePoint online structure/hierarchy with security, content targeting and in spanish+US english.
