Python Trading Algorithm for Quantopian

Hi everyone, My name is Gabriel and I have a trading strategy in mind that I would like to develop for Quantopian. Anyone with a good trading knowledge and python programming skills or Quantopian experience and the most important: someone I can trust in... could work on this simple project. Here is a rough description: The algorithm BUY a stock if: • [login to view URL] displays the stock in a very precise category of the website. (I think it is in an algorithm readable format) • The stock quotes on the S&P 500 • Price recently moved down of X% the previous X days before the Morningstar's publication Each trades are hedged in a simple way thanks to other instruments: when a share is bought the algorithm buys or sells the other instruments to hedge the trade. (no more than 2 rules for trade hedging) • Profits are token with Trailing Stops • Buy again a stock when price fall of X% in intraday (What I call the accumulation mode) • Money Management is quite simple: allocate X% of the capital to a stock and X% to each trades in accumulation mode.
