Looking for an Islamic/Muslim Shopify Template Designer

Assalamou Alaikum, My name is Ali Yazici, I’m 21 years old and graduated from the University. I live in The Netherlands but I’m originally from Turkey. I am in the Islamic Niche, so I will be selling t-shirts, hoodies and sweaters etc. (in the future I will add snapbacks) related to Muslims. I am thinking about buying a theme from [login to view URL], so you don’t have to make a webstore from scratch. I don’t know which theme yet but I want to discuss this with you. This is my first e-commerce store, but onces this is ready I am planning on making more webstores in different niches. So I want to buil dan Islamic team to execute really fast on projects. my budget is very limited because this is my first store and I’m still in the building phase. But untill the end of this year I want to open 2/3 more stores, I have a teacher who learns me how to ''business hack'' (don’t worry about the weird name I will explain it to you if you want), once I fully understand this method I will continiously make new stores. I actually prefer a fixed price and since this is my first e-commerce business I don’t want to spend a lot of money on the design work. So price will be a major thing in my decision of choosing the freelancer. Please let me know how much time it usually takes to design a shopify template and how much it will cost. One thing that’s really important for me is that the freelancer can come up with ideas, because you have the experience from working with different clients. I’ll send you an example of how I think the website should be designed, but feel free to discuss the details with me, maybe you know something that would be better. I prefer to talk via Upwork and not Skype, I have had bad experiences before with skype. I want everything clear. So if you or I forget something we can easily find it back.
