I need a freeware, GNU licensed surveillance software application modified to replace the splash screen and title bar logo. We also want text added to add a telephone number for our security desk. All logos and graphics will be provided by me. I've included screenshots showing the splash screen we want to modify or replace as well as the appearance of the logo in the title bar.
