Call Waiter App

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. A “call waiter app” I paid Hitesh Sharma from freelancer 450$ to get started and he never finished. I can show you on my mobile how far we got. Would like someone to take a look and give me a quote to finish. I do not have the Objective C code that it was written in. Pretty simple App. Functions are to sit down at a restaurant and link server and diner phones via QR scan... server inputs table number, and diner can request service, bill, drinks etc. Happy bidding.
