Commissioned Telemarketing for Resume Bank Sourcing Service

The project is to have a telemarketer call into recruiting organizations that have the DICE resume bank and see if they want to use our service for Monster, HotJobs, and/or CareerBuilder. What the service does: It's a simple concept we call 'Baseline Sourcing': 1. Clients submit open jobs to us. 2. We advertise the job openings on job boards. 3. We search databases for candidates. 4. We send all resumes directly to our clients. Clients pay a flat low rate for our service. There are no database charges, no job board charges, no other charges at all. Clients indicate their preferred level of service. If any client is dissatisfied with their campaign for any reason, we offer a 100% refund for the first 3 days. The campaigns range in price from $70.00- $264.00, will pay 10% commission, and will be signed-up through a micro-site. Any campaign submitted through the micro-site will be tagged to you and will trigger your 10% commission pay-out. Essentially all that needs to be done is to find someone at the recruiting organization who might have a potential interest and forward them to the micro-site. This person might be the head of the recruiting office, but could also be any recruiter, since the telemarketer doesn't actually have to speak with a potential customer or decision-maker, just make sure someone who is a potential customer or decision-maker has the information. Very little closing is involved- either the client needs the service or they don’t. As this is a new project, I am looking to proceed very conservatively. I would like to have a single telemarketer work for a two-week pilot-project period. During this time, I would work closely with the telemarketer to work out problems and increase efficiency. At the end of this two-week period, we would either end the project, or if successful, scale it up considerably. As this is a straight commission-based project, please bid only $250 only as a bid holder. I am looking for bidders based on their experience and capabilities: 1) Experience with commission-based telemarketing 2) Exceptional spoken-English skills 3) The ability to scale up very quickly should the pilot project turn out successful.
