My company is called Interval Relief. We offer an exit strategy to distressed timeshare owners. A large percentage of timeshare owners are either unhappy with the rising costs of owning a timeshare (Maintinance Fee's, Special Assessments Club Fee's all go up much faster than inflation) or the lack of avialibility on reservation requests. Still others buy it in the heat of the moment and for health reasons etc. do not use their timeshare. When they try to sell their timeshare they come to find out it is not possible to sell. Only 2% of people buying timeshares are able to sell them. My company simply needs the appointments booked to have a timeshare owner come to one of our seminars and find out how they can get out from owning a timeshare. Typically 43% of the people that see our offer (on how to get out of their timeshare) take advantage of it. We conduct these weekend seminars in various cities 48 weeks of the year. Interval Relief will provide the script and the list of timeshare owners. We can pay 75.00 per qualified tour that listens to one of our seminar presentations.
