As representative I was cold calling to upgrade existing SBC telephone customers to long distance service and then eventually DSL. I was the top sales rep for many months, I did a little bit of quality control as extra work. After 2 years of success I became an account manager dealing with people, mostly owners of companies that have exsisting business accounts with SBC. I managed over 75 accounts. I was responsible for upgrading and any sales issues with the account.
Manager/trainer – Aerus/Electrolux, Waterville, ME. 02/07 to 11/09
I was responsible for staffing the Waterville branch, handling any cancellations to attempt to save them, making sure that all contracts were properly filled out. I was also on call for reps in the field in case they needed to make a higher authority call I had to approve any price drops or freebies. I also worked in the field canvassing 3 days a week for hands on training.

As a representative I lead in overall sales, add-ons, and commissions many times. I became a daytime manger after 6 months. Within 4 months I became the third manager to the top in the chain of command. This was due to a perfect Quality Control record I had on a very strict program. I have led many different teams to run an array of programs at the call center, ranging from all natural health supplements to online business opportunities. As a rep I was always chosen to test new programs or lead files when they came in. Three months ago I was promoted to 2nd manager in command and asked to take over the failing night shift, the benefit of this was better pay and less hours. Within two weeks I lead the sales team to 226 sales within a 5 day work period. This goal had not been obtained for over 7 months.
I was responsible for staffing/training my sales team, coaching, remedial training, attendance, motivating the sales team, making sure the scripts are read how they are suppose to, running VICIDIAL, sending daily reports, running orders, complaints, takeovers, writing scripts and rebuttals for reps to implement on their calls, and working as a team with over a team of over 50 individuals to meet goals on a daily basis.
