I'm seeking someone to handle incoming calls and text messages for my business and schedule appointments. Key Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls during business hours (9am-6pm) - Collecting essential information from callers, including their name, phone number, the service they're interested in, and their preferred date and time for an appointment Ideal Skills and Qualities: - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Organized and detail-oriented - Previous experience in customer service or appointment scheduling would be advantageous. The successful candidate should be able to manage calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered accurately and appointments are scheduled in line with our availability.
