Hi.I could help you,with this project. I´m a cad engineer working in automotive lighting. We design car lamps for big companies like LR, Jaguar, VW, etc. It seem , that it should be done in parametric modeler, no 3ds max. I usualy work in Catia, which ensure good curvature continuity.
