Hello, I'm sending a sample to a factory in china and i want to add a short 5 sentence letter. This is how we will do it: 1. I send you the text in english and give some explanation. 2. You translate it into chinese and send me the translation electronically. 4. i approve it 5. you write the letter by hand in chinese characters and sign it as my assistant. 6. you send it to me in switzerland by mail. Last time my chinese translator did a very similair task in about ten minutes. so for you it's probably 10 minutes + walking to a post office + paying for the letter.
