Replace existing audio with a new audio on my youtube video

I have a YouTube video that doesn't have a good sound. It is located at: [login to view URL] I would like somebody to take out the existing audio and record new audio with the same content currently is in the video. I am sending you the transcript that needs to go with the video. Within transcript I defined the content within each slide or screen of the video. The audio should match with the slide or screen. Somebody wanted to do this but he couldn’t match audio exactly with the slides so I had to cancel the project. To make sure you understand what I am looking for, I would like you to add your audio for 60 seconds to this video using the transcript submitted. You should speak English fluently. More audio work will come if you can do this.
