Data gathering / emailing job list of vendors

Hi my name is Riz. I'm interested to do this job for you however im a little bit confused about the instructions. Is this sending email task only? or I have to gather the emails and phone numbers, then send email? I can do sending emails, and gather email too as long as the source is not that strict in copying data.
