Our small, global recruitment firm is seeking a part-time personal assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the office calendar, schedule appointments, and meetings - Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties - Assist with preparation and organization of documents and reports - Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry - Help with social media and marketing activities as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed - Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Must be able to work independently and take initiative - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure - Must have reliable internet connection and a home office setup Working Hours: This is a part-time, remote position with flexible working hours, typically 10 hours per week.
