Tools Provided: - Database of 3500 group names and associated email addresses provided via Google Docs - Access to three (3) or more separate email accounts provided via webmail program - Standardized email text content Actions Required: 1. Send separate, customized emails to each of the 500 top priority email addresses between 1200 and 0900 PST January 4, 2011. One email account is to be used for these 500 emails. 2. Send separate, customized emails to 3000 2nd priority email addresses between 1200 PST January 4, 2011 and 0900 January 8, 2011. The other two (2) or more email addresses are to be used for these 3000 emails. 3. Re-send any emails that bounce back due to error in entering email address from database Email Content Required: Standardized email content (same for all emails): Subject line, body text, signature Customized email content (tailor for each separate email): Dear [fill in group name from database], Quality Control: - we will randomly check sent messages to ensure emails conform exactly to our specifications.
