And we are quick to embrace new technologies and methodologies that allow us to work better and faster to build better products for our users ## About Your Tasks and Scopes ### responsibility and engagement - the hiring tasks happens almost always. - in our project management tool ( we use Basecamp ), you are assigned to tasks of hiring, and related tasks for hiring, you have to see them and see the dues, and have to complete them asap, and to the dues. - you have to give your availability every 2 days. for the next coming 2 days. ### Your Tasks and Scope 1. you will get the “detailed task types, and role work manuals” as input ( material ) of job posting. the most of the hiring work is, "templated". we have templates of the job posting. you will need to do 1. 1. create a small project to do the job posting and bring people to the project. there is a feature in basecamp “project template” and there is todos you have to complete. just follow them. 1. 2. you will make a job posting, to the online platform. Upwark + Freelancers, and People Per Hour. and Bring Candidates to the Project , or if it is Role base hiring, not project base / task base hiring, then just add to our project. there is also a Project Template called “Orientation” that also has the workflow you follow, there you will ask name, basic information like email or as such, and will set up his account to our team ( including this new candidates to the basecamp, flow dock, etc ) #### OUT OF YOUR SCOPE it is out of your scope. you do NOT need to do. - think and write job posting text basically, the job posting text is almost done as template work. the materials == texts itself is there. you have to copy and paste the materials of the job posting. for example, the “tasks” part is written by tech offer if it is technology related hiring. you have to get the template, and copy and paste the tech tasks text into the base template. - judgement who is the best people ( this is done by your directors ) - interviews ### skills requirement - Knows Basecamp Features and Functions ( of learn it completely at yourself. There is complete guide of basecamp feature in Basecamp site. so you should see it at your side, do not ask for us to teach how to use Basecamp… some candidates do it…) - Excellent English Grammar/Spelling - Flexible - Proactive - Easy to get Instructions ## Hiring Process ### Job Posting Type Notice Type of this Job is Role Base. * please make sure not to submit the fixed price job positng. it is only for houly rate. * But please specify the Houly rate of you for sure please. ### Trial Process we offer 4 hours trial base work contract. one hiring. work start quicker. people who fits to our requirement, we offer to work further. * Some people ,intentionally, have done like, after trial is done, worked longer than the contrated hours ( trial 8 hours ) so that they can get more paid and get the job. but in these case we can't make payment to those over work prt. plesae make sure to stop in 8 hours. ### Milestones, Schedules and Spans. you will need to do the milestones trial for 8 hours. ^1 since this is the role base hiring, there is no milestones or deadline to this job, after you will pass the trial. ^1 for the trial period we offer something like 50% of your real hourly rate. ### Steps from next 1. please interview sheet: ${interviewsheet} 2. we will respond you back with comment in this process.
