One way Links for four German webpages

Hello, we own 4 German websites at the moment, that need some Backlinks, only one way links, no reciprocal ones. So the topics are 1. mobile phones 2. dating 3. debts 4. livecams The links have to be relevant sites to the 4 topics above. Preferred are definetly German Sites that will have a link placed. Please only provide links with PR3+ The payment will be 50% after setting up the first links and the other 25% after one month setting up some more and the last 25% at the following month. Please send me a list of your websites that you suggest setting up a link there. Also the amount of how many you will set up for each topic with the PR and if they have a unique IP adress. We prefer GERMAN WEBSITES as a Link Giver. 1. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 2. All links must be permanent. 3. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam sites. 4. No sites banned by google. 5. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 6. Must be manually submitted. 7. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) 8. Link pages must be related to 'mobile phones, Telecommunication or Mobile technology, dating, flirting, livecams, adult, debts'. 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. No blacklisted or spam sites. 11. No more than 30 outbound links per page. 12. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 13. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. 14. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 3. 15. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. I am looking for a long term cooperation, we have huge projects in Germany and can provide a lot more workloads according linkbuilding.
