Million Dollar site

Looking sites similar to [login to view URL] It needs to have a background of squares which people can choose and buy, with a minimum cost of $100 for a block 1/16" x 1/16" inch per customer. customers can buy in blocks, they then need to go through payment with verification, once payment cleared they will be prompted to upload there details. Each site needs to have blocks 1/16 inch square so the actual main page (i.e. homepage) can be huge minium squares must be 2,000 squares of 1/16 square inch each.. where one must scroll along and down to see the whole thing. However, it must fit into the one homepage and then a zoom facility will allow users to zoom in and out to see exactly what images and links are there on the site. The page must be divided into blocks of 1/16" square i.e. squares of 1/16" x 1/16" where people may buy these blocks and upload their images and add a link from these images to the advertisers websites. To put it clearer, a user comes to the site and can see the whole site on screen immediately. They then choose to buy an area and can select exactly which area or areas they want to buy. (They can zoom in to find a particular free area. These will be available as long as no-one else has bought them. Once they have selected their blocks, they can upload images to their blocks and a link. If they have selected more than one block, i.e. a vertical or horizontal line of them, their image can be spread along that block. (Again see [login to view URL] to see what I mean by this. Once this is complete, they have a link in the biggest webpage ever! On top of that, I would also like a forum installed, a list of all the people who have submitted links so anyone can look through the list (in alphabetical order) to see the list of links and corresponding images uploaded, and a Q&A section and the following sections, block list, faq, home page, tell a friend, contact me, buy blocks, remember 2 exact site the exact same except for name for advertising, max bid for both sites total is $225, i do have other web sites to build please be accurate and complete in your completion of both bid and site constuction building and use/ setting up of all features and abilities, and final testing and upload to final hosting company. payment upon completion.
