Web Banner and Header

Looking to have a web banner and ad display created. For the banner The image(s) must be one of the following formats: JPG (JPEG), GIF, BMP • The banner height is 75 pixels • The height between the top of the banner and the top of the menu tabs is 53 pixels • The width between the left edge of the banner and the left edge of the “Home” tab is 150 pixels. I have some flexibilty with the ad size I need the project completed by january 11th.
