Wordpress expert needed - Modify an existing premium theme

Overview: I need a Wordpress expert who is as comfortable coding as he/she is with graphic design to put together a very simple Wordpress site utilising an existing premium theme. The site is for a client of mine who provides consultancy work to charities and social enterprises. It should act as portfolio for his work. The theme in question is [login to view URL] which is fully compatible with WP 3.0 - I've also got the premium version meaning there's very little work for you to do and there's support from the original developers if needed. The site itself will essentially be a chopped down version of the Structure theme so that it acts more like a portfolio website. Full info can be found below, pay particular attention to the points included in 'very important information'. Structure: The site itself will have the following simple structure... Home A clean home page, incorporating a slider showcasing client's portfolio as well as their twitter stream. A Flickr photo stream and a Vimeo or YouTube plugin in will be utilised to showcase images/videos on the site. Portfolio The portfolio section will have have 8 sub-pages to showcase different elements of my client's work. Blog This will link directly to my client's existing blog, so you don't even need to worry about setting up a blog within the site. About me We'll put together an engaging about page. Publications A space for links to hislatest articles, research papers etc. He should also be able to upload docs to here when required. Resources This page will simply be a home for the Delicious LinkRolls tool: [login to view URL] Contact me A full contact form will be integrated. Plugins: Nothing hugely complicated, the plugins will include those below and possibly a couple more: - Simple twitter plugin - Simple youtube plugin - Simple flickr plugin - Contact forms - WP super cache - Google analytics - Google xml sitemaps - Sharethis - WP database backup - My page order Very important information: - It is critical that this WP site is as accessible as possible and that it is compliant with W3C standards. - While accessibility is key you must have an eye for good design. If your portfolio is full of poor looking sites please do not bid. - An RSS feed should be included, utilising Feedburner to keep things simple. - FontFace or a similar CSS typography tool should be utilised within the site: [login to view URL] This is relatively simple to set up. - A favicon should be included. - A [login to view URL] file should be included. - You will need to enter a simple line of code to the site so Google Apps for Domains can be utilised. - A full colour scheme has already been chosen. - You will be expected to upload the site and install Wordpress on to my hosting package. A domain name has already been purchased. - The client has an exisiting site, URLs from this site should be redirected to the relevant pages on the new site. This is important. - The site should be fully cross-browser tested prior to completion. - The site should have excellent loading times. - The site should be SEO friendly. - Only bid if you have extensive Wordpress experience and you can build elegant, engaging, accessible websites. Please provide examples of your Wordpress work. - Your English must be excellent and you must keep good communication, preferably via Skype (text chat). Your excellent English must be reflected in your clean coding also. - Payment will be completed once user-testing has been finished and all bugs are ironed out. I estimate that this will be approximately 7 days after your cross-browser testing is completed. - You will be working for me to provide a site for my client.
