Appthemes Hirebee template changes (Wordpress)

I would like an experienced Appthemes Wordpress developer to make edits to the Hirebee theme. Please follow the brief exactly. I have added Screenshots to show the changes I would like and how it should look in final. This task requires someone who has previous experience working on the AppThemes HireBee theme and understand how it works. No functionality of the HireBee theme can be lost. The site must also remain 100% responsive. There are 14 requests in this brief. 12 of them are moving content or deleting from the Hire Bee theme. Two are new code (adding images). This should take an experienced AppThemes developer 2-4 hrs. Please quote appropriately. Move horizontal navigation below the logo and primary navigation (All rollover navigation is to move up also) 3. Move the Post a project button up to horizontal navigation, resize, change colour 4. Remove existing Splash Screen Example background image and colour and replace with large image (changeable via featured image function) 5. Move the Search function onto the large image 6. Remove the post a project now button 7. NO other changes to this page The page should look the same when someone is logged in, although with the member details ie Favourites, Notifications etc --> example --> [login to view URL] B. ALL Secondary pages (ie all other pages) 1. Secondary pages example --> [login to view URL] 2. Make the same navigational changes as per the homepage i.e 3. Move the logo up to top left (Delete the social icons) 4. Move horizontal navigation below the logo and primary navigation (All rollover navigation is to move up also) 5. Move the Post a project button up to horizontal navigation, resize, change colour PLUS 6. Add smaller image (H=200px) below primary navigation (changeable via featured image function) 7. Reduce the height of the purple horizontal table (Find Work) to 50px 8.
