One page design for horizontal scrolling website

Need front end for a horizontal scrolling website designed. Website should use css, html, jquery (only necessary for changing scroll behavior), and bootstrap. The design should work on mobile phones. The project should be pretty simple due to bootstrap being incorporated. Upon winner selection, a diagram will be given to make project clearer. Additional details: - There's only one page that requires design. - That page should have one side static, while another side scrolls horizontally with content. - The horizontal scrolling side should be able to have bootstrap thumbnails as well as other content that scrolls horizontally.
