Sports Investment

I am going to need a website that does the following [not exactly an "online store"]: offers the customer / user the ability to use the money he or she spends within my website (in short); nothing tangible is ever sent to the customer in exchange. In other words, a given person sends a certain dollar amount to us, then that person is granted the ability to use these funds on our site, almost like an online investment service with the opportunity to grow the original dollar amount. Here is a link that shows a process similar to what our website would need to have the capabilities of doing: [login to view URL] To further explain, FanDuel charges the customer / user a certain dollar amount, and in exchange, the customer is granted the ability to use FanDuel’s website and possibly grow his or her initial investment (again, nothing tangible), although the opposite could unfortunately be true as well (which makes it a business). While FanDuel is extremely different from my own business, it is still a great way to show how our own website would need to function, and I am basically looking for someone who can create such a website with these capabilities plus an attractive design (not a priority).
