Hello, My name is Frank in Beijing. I think if we willing to do the payment for buying items from bars then we can do that like that. I think your idea about this problem is the solution. 1. if user buy items then items should be recorded to database. Also user pay for this item to you. 2. You sent paid information to phone user. and user can buy real item from bar showing this information. This information should be signed with you and bar manager.
